It works! Worse spring ever 2024 for mosquitoes and tics. After they sprayed ALL gone. I could work outside all day and no bugs. I was surprised how well it worked. Great customer serviceve. Reasonable rates. I'll be using them first thing 2025. I’m updating my review because I’ve been using them all of 2025. They’ve been coming to my house since spring about every four weeks in my yard has been fantastic no mosquitoes no tics. Communications customer service from them has been great.

This service is the only way we can enjoy our yard in the summer. We have been using Bug Commander for several years now and we wouldn't consider not treating our yard. I only wish we had discovered them even sooner. We also use their fall treatment and it has pretty much eliminated Asian Beetles and Boxelder Bugs from our house. Totally worth it!

I called for control of bees and the technician sprayed powder onto the side of my house and said that may help. The next morning I called back to ask to have him return to do a better job for the price and they couldn't get a technician back out. I took care of the problem myself and they still are charging me.I am NOT Satisfied!

Christine,<br><br>We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the poor experience. We use a dust product instead of a liquid or aerosol product as it allows the wasps to bring it deeper into the nest where other products can't reach to get a more effective treatment. With that, our technician informed you that it can take 2-3 days for the treatment to reach its full effect, but that you should notice a good difference within 2-3 hours. <br><br>Since we are a small business, we have a limited number of technicians available, but we were able to schedule a follow-up visit two days after the initial visit which was the earliest we could do during our busy season. Unfortunately, there are limitations to how quickly we can return to a property and for that we are truly sorry. We have zeroed out your invoice. <br><br>Please reach out if you have any questions or would like to provide more information about your experience.

These folks are great to work with. Used them for years for mosquito control. This year I love the quick response to take care of a good size ground hornets nest. They came the same day I called!
