D not use them for bedbugs. I paid almost 2,700 for a treatment over a 6 month warranty. I had a very mild case and I saw a bed bug about every 2 months. After the 6 month period was over the problem was still there in fact it was worse. They only take your money are are a short term relief. They have horrible communication and have a third party answering calls, with miscommunication and misinformation. I was told so many different things by different people and they were very rude.
