Had a huge wasp problem, pop up at my house. Talked to the owner Troy and he was able to get somebody out within a day to help me take care of it. Jackson was my technician and he made sure to Communicate and check in with me To make sure the problem is solved, and he did awesome! I heard they’re doing Tree Work now too!

Lane came out today to check the traps and treat for wasps. He did a great job and was very cordial & kind! He picked up after himself and was quite helpful!

Gave Brothers a call for help with a growing hornet / bee problem in our back yard, Troy juggled the schedule and we had someone out the same day. Jackson took care of the two nests we called about and found another an knocked that one down too. He was friendly, knowledgeable and provided great service. It took some patience to deal with these; the work didn't seem rushed at all. It’s a relief to see the nests and hornets gone. Happy to support this local business again in the future.

Tristan was absolutely wonderful today! I expected to have the outside of the house treated today and ask him if he could look at a couple of insects I found on the inside (I was debating about whether to spray on the inside too). Surprisingly, he was able to identify “both insects!” Remarkable! Obviously, this company hires exceptional personnel who are very interested in “knowing there stuff”. I asked him to spray the garage since we were doing the inside/outside, and he found something I didn’t expect (mouse droppings) Ewwwww…. Tristan found out how they were getting in, sealed the areas, and put down some mouse houses (not sure what the technical term is)- all done in a little over an hour. I am really grateful – Brothers Pest Management really cares for their customers. Their customer service responds immediately and both employees who have sprayed were knowledgeable, friendly and so respectful. The prices are very reasonable.

Fantastic. Had another company out to do an estimate on bat removal. They wanted an outrageous amount. I then called up Brothers Pest & Lawn Services and I’m really glad I did. They set me up with an appointment very quickly and sent Tristan over. Just like what other reviewers said, Tristan was great. Tristan found the entry point immediately, eased my apprehension with the bat guano, and offered a fair and reasonable price (at a FRACTION of the other company). Overall a great experience…. except the fact that I had bats in the first place, that part sucked.

Took care of ant problem efficiently

Fantastic service! Tristan came out about a week ago to perform mouse exclusion work on the home we just purchased. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the services his company provides. He thoroughly explained the process and went to work. One week later there is no sign of mice in the home. I would highly recommend Brother’s Pest Control.

We recently had a mice issue and didn't know who to call, I called one of the bigger companies and they tried to take advantage of the situation to upsell, and quote a crazy dollar amount for a bunch of unnecessary services. I needed a second opinion and reached out to Brothers. I’m really glad we did. Tristan was the technician who came out, and he was excellent. He arrived on time, did a very thorough inspection, and quickly identified where the mice were getting into the house. Even identified important entry points thats the previous company couldn't. Tristan took the time to explain the entire mice control process, what he was doing to solve the problem, and what we can do to prevent rodents from coming back. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. If you’re dealing with a mouse or rodent problem and need reliable pest control, I highly recommend this company and especially Tristan. Professional, honest, knowledgeable, and great customer service.

Super fast and kind! We called for snow removal and they were here within 20 minutes and their team of 4 were done in 20 minutes. Will definitely use them again!
