Five Star Pest Control has covered multiple aspects of pest removal for me through the years. I’ve had him spray for mosquitoes, asian beetles, spiders, and ants. Each application is done timely and perfectly. I’d highly recommend their services!!

Sent a message a week ago asking if we could set up a time for an estimate and no one got back to me.

I used 5 star the first time in 2020 for ants inside my home. He came over treated the perimeter of the exterior and inside my pantry and I haven’t had an ant issue INSIDE since. I called him in 2022 for a huge issue of ants in my front and back yard. He came, walked the yard and decided that he would spray. He walked the yard, sprayed the ant hills and I walked some of it with him. We chatted. He was very nice. He had told me it was a two year guarantee ( which he stated on the phone before I decided to hire him). In August I called him and said there were new ones popping up. He said not to worry it takes time. I kept a close eye and there were still new ones popping up thru the fall. I had hoped the frost would take care of the rest. But it didn’t. They came back. I called him, told him they were back and he insisted that he didn’t spray that if the yard was infested he would have used granules. He said that the amount he charged me was for the exterior perimeter which he didn’t spray this time! I was polite and tried to remind him. He remembers being here but not spraying the yard!! Which he did! My husband was home and witnessed it as well. But he said he would stop in on Sunday and take a look. He said there was a NINETY DAY guarantee which I can assure you I NEVER would have spent over $200 for 90 Days…EVER! I reminded him that I called 60 days after the treatment and he stated I was not to worry. Which he remembered. So even if it is a 90 day guarantee, I reported in that timeline just by sheer luck! Anyway, he never showed up on Sunday and has not returned my calls to reschedule! He does not stand behind his work!! Beware!!
