Make sure you are knowing what you're doing When you hire this place. I was told that these chemicals were not dangerous. A simple google search told me The chemical used is not supposed to be sprayed near open water on vegetables or flowering plants. Unfortunately this is what has happened because I have flowers, vegetables and a lake where they sprayed. The chemical is bad for lakes kills pollinator insects and should not be sprayed on edible vegetables. And they had told me that their chemicals were safe. If I was at least told that I should remove certain things from the area.I would have been much happier with the service.

Our service technician is courteous, efficient, and professional. Ramon has knowledge of our artifacts and inspects our historic buildings on each visit (once a month). He gives us a verbal report at the conclusion of each inspection as well as sends a written review of his findings.

Ramon is the only person I will trust ever again with any type of pest! He teaches you and shows you how to prevent and protect your home and family! They won’t rip you off either like the Steffel pest control did to us. They took advantage of an awful situation in a new home but not Plunketts!! Talk about an ethical company with an even more ethical worker!!! Ramon was super thorough and over the top excellent with his service for us! I cannot say enough good things about our Plunketts experience!!! Ramon cares so much, he even calls to check up on us to make sure everything has been well taken care of! The Plunkett's technicians did a thorough spraying for the fall invaders (ClusterFlies) and we have seen a few, but very few. Even less than last year, which was down from previous years. It's working! They do the house and the old wood barn. Cuts down on food for the mice ;0)
