They were courteous, knowledgeable and got here quickly.

Came to inspect the yard which is roughly 2400 Sf (took 5 minutes) and received an invoice for $81.10. I was told that they just lay bait along the edge of the yard which would also "take about 5 minutes" to set up. This will cost an additional $250 with a $50 monthly fee for one year totaling $864.99 for one hour of work and $30 worth of bait. I don't recommend having them come out to inspect or set down bait. You can find the same products they use online for cheap.

Abra Kadabra did a very thorough and professional inspection of our squirrel and associated attic problem. They identified the entry point and recommended remediation plan! A good company to do business with.

Abra Kadabra is extremely attentive. Their service has kept my house “critter free” for the last year!

I strongly recommend Abra Kadabra for mice elimination and prevention. My wife and I hired Abra Kadabra Environmental to get rid of mice in our home. They placed many bait boxes inside and out of our home. Which is working! And they just completed mice prevention work around our exterior. Mitch, the service technician, did very thorough work. He listened to my concerns and questions throughout the visit. And made sure I understood where mice have been and could get in to our home. He filled foundation cracks, openings in exterior and added reinforcement to areas that could become a problem. I finally have a good outlook that mice will no longer get into our home.

I’ve been fortunate to meet a whole bunch of this team and I’m impressed. From the service team that helped walk me through options for our property to the gentleman that came to walk the property and confirm what we were seeing, the whole crew took great care of us. Wow! Wow! Wow! I dont know where to even begin. Abra Kadabra went above and beyond for my family. We had a severe infestation of bats in our home that we purchased a year ago and we're given all of the gifts that come with the bat infestation. I called Abra Kadabra and Emily is the first one that answered. She listened to my frustrated phone call and handled it so well. She got Robert out a few days later to do a bid! (Mind you, I had a few other bat experts tell me they either didn't cover my area, didn't do anything else except put up a few bat valves and one pest control guy gagged and left when he saw how bad the infestation was) Robert came in and sat down with me and laid everything out. They are the ONE STOP SHOP. Between spraying the house, attic remediation along with in between inspections to make sure everything is progressing nicely...it was all in writing! Jason (pest control) was in and out and sprayed everything so well that my house started to become livable again. He organized the pillows and cushions on the floor so nicely while everything dried. His attention to detail was fantastic. Their pricing was more than fair with all of the work that needed to be done. Bats typically go away after a bit but it took more than a few weeks of Josh and Zach coming out to fix things repeatedly because the bats would bend back the roof, chew new holes, find a new spot...my once white home is now chipped and dusky looking but as of today... I AM OFFICIALLY BAT FREE!!! The attic remediation team (Josh, Zach and i feel terrible but there was another gentleman here who did GREAT) where they had to vacuum out all of the guano and lord knows what else, they cut a hole into my attic and helped fashion a door. They brought a trailer, a dumpster and cleaned everything up at the end of the day like they were never there to begin with. They explained everything thoroughly, took the time to listen to my frantic questions and overall.... just went above and beyond my own expectations which are naturally high. Andy: Your team is AMAZING!!! I can't say thank you ENOUGH for everything you have done for us!!! Thank you for giving us our sanity back and a bug AND NOW a bat free home!!! Professional, thorough, friendly and on time with advance notice!

I had a wasp nest in a difficult location. The tech came out, assessed the location and said they have a special team that can handle it. Location was 3 levels at the top of my roof line.

I’m always contacted in advance of them arriving. I can be there to greet them and ask questions or they can go about their work without me home if I’m busy. Knowing when they are coming is very much appreciated. I have used Abra Kadabra for several years now after I had a nasty mouse infestation in my attic. So far, their treatments have kept the mice out! I always read their comments in the invoice to see what they found. Please keep doing this. It is very useful.
