We recently found an infestation of wasps going into our siding and coming into the house. I sent a message to them on Sunday 8pm. I received an answer at 8am and they were at my house by 12pm. He sprayed both inside and outside of the house. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Will use them again! (Hopefully we don’t have to but I will if needed!!)

I have used this service a few times in the past without incident. The technicians have always been nice and efficient. However, this year, a new tech came out. He sprayed all of our windows inside and out (the actual glass panes) with bug killer, leaving streaks of chemical - after we had just had our windows cleaned. When I asked him why, I did not get a reasonable answer as to why he sprayed the glass...so we had to pay to have our windows cleaned again! Not to mention, the price had nearly doubled and I was not notified of this in advance. I reached out to Robert with my concerns and he did not even have the courtesy to reply. Very unprofessional. We will not use this company again.

I highly recommend!! We are not from Grand Forks and I had a huge spider problem. Robert came to our house and sprayed the property inside and out. He taught us about the bugs and animals that live here in North Dakota. My husband is currently deployed so Robert even went above and beyond helping me set up the WiFi and making sure our air filter was clean. He was a huge help and very thoughtful!

Robert and his team provide excellent services. They are professional and efficient. I haven't seen a spider since they treated my home! I hate bugs and because of them I can rest easy!

Completely forgot to give a review!!!! These guys are amazing!! I had a horrible mice problem at my new house and they came out the next day and handled it I saw results the same day!!! I trust these guys with my life!!! One company I never have to worry about being in my house when I am not there!!!!! I will forever go to them with any pest problems!

The technician was friendly and helpful. It sounded like he knew his stuff. He listened to me. I was pleased with the visit. We'll see about the follow up to see if the pest problem is resolved. He even called to see if he could show up early. I was open to that so that was great.

Over priced and terrible customer service. My usual pest control retired this year so I went to this business and he had explained that he was getting all the customers from the retired business owner. We scheduled an appointment. He had a young man come out and spray, and when I received my bill, it was $105 more dollars than I was expecting. I was shocked at this extreme price difference. I assumed it was going to be at the same price it has been every year and seeing as he said, he was collecting all the clients from previous retired business owner. I was under the assumption that it would be the same price. When I got the bill, I had asked if there’s anything we can do to work a deal sent him screenshots of previous bills and he flat out said no and was very unhelpful about the situation. I did not like the surprise bill I did not like his customer service. I will not be using the service ever again, and I do not recommend.

As with all the other reviews, Complete Pest Control was a wonderful business to hire. I have been dealing with a bees nest getting bigger and bigger and finally decided to call in a pro. Robert is extremely professional, courteous, and very informative. He put my mind at ease and even showed up on a Saturday during labor day weekend. He was there after only a couple hours after calling! He explained what he was using and how it works. His work is guaranteed and will come back if the problem hasn’t gone away. This is my initial review and will update after the results of the nest are final. I am not the least bit worried that this problem will be gone in the time he said it would be. Thanks again Robert!

Robert did a fantastic job at our home helping us deal with both bugs and mice. He is prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He's also very reasonably priced. He took the time to show me how the little guys were getting in, where they like to hide, and gave great advice on how to prevent them from coming back. I highly recommend him to anyone who is having pest troubles.
