Very fast service. We noticed some wasps around and in our house and Loida was able to come over the next day to address the issue. She is very friendly and knowledgeable and explained what she was going to do and how it would help. She also said that even though they shouldn't come back, if we noticed them again in the same spots, she would do a treatment again for free. Speaking of price, it was very affordable compared to other services in the area. I would definitely call her again and definitely recommend her to anyone who has pest issues.

We have had a major box elder bug problem and Loida came out to service the growing problem. She is very prompt, responsive, thorough, and flexible for scheduling. For myself getting services completed or even scheduled is difficult with my working hours but Loida saved the day. She connected with me outside of business hours and we found a time that I would be available to stop in and pay for her services. She was done before I even arrived and took the time to talk about future maintenance and best practices to ensure the boxelders stay outside! Loida was absolutely fantastic! She came quickly and was very accommodating in scheduling us to fit in with the realtors open house on our home. She donned her bee garb and got right down next to the nest to apply the treatment so the entire nest would be exterminated. They were all gone by the next day. We had had tried multiple times to spray and get rid of these persistent wasps but werent able to get rid of them. She did it in a very short time! Very good price as well, and I was happy to find someone local AND with real expertise!

We returned to our house in Fargo in August after being away for much of the summer and found that two large colonies of yellow-jacket wasps had invaded our property. One was in a raised flower bed constructed of three layers of railway ties. Another had an entry hole through a small crevice next to a pipe entering the house. My purchase of multiple cans of wasp spray had had no effect. So I called Loida, who was highly professional and also highly effective. She discovered that the second colony had actually built a large nest inside our basement. She killed the colony and removed the nest immediately. Now a week later, not a single wasp has been seen at either location! Thank you Loida!

I called her around 8 and she was here by 9 as she was in the area! We were headed out of town for a few days with a wasp problem and she was here early to settle my nerves before we left. She came to check it out the next day and even went inside to make sure my cats were okay after we left as a few bees had made their way inside! Highly recommend!

She responded quickly to my email and came out a day later to check out and treat a wasp issue we were having. She was not only friendly and professional, but she also went above and beyond by clipping some overgrown weeds/brush so we could better assess where the wasps were getting in. Loida was recommended by a friend who had a similar wasp problem. I called Loida, and she came to inspect the wasp area, tell me what she was going to do, and then put on protective gear to spray the nest area. She explained that the wasps would be aggressive afterward and that I should stay away. Loida came back later to do more spraying around the nest and also around my house. I have seen no wasps in the area since. I appreciated Loida's thorough explanation of the procedure, the costs involved ( very reasonable), and the timing for the treatment. In addition, she is very personable and friendly, and I especially appreciate and support women-operated businesses in our community.
