I’m living in the Chisholm HRA and Mike (rapid pest control) came to look at all the different bugs I had collected here. I had them in two containers and I had carpet beetles and he said they were nothing to worry about!! Shortly after that went to change my bedding and there were a ton of them running around on my bed and on my bedding! I have not slept in that room since. When Mike came I had borax on my bedroom floor and I told him what it was . He was unconcerned about all the bugs even though one was a larder beetle (a relative of carpet beetles) and I had a carpet beetle too. How can a person that knows about bugs be unconcerned with those?? They can lay up to 100 eggs for each bug!! Ugh! I also read something that HRA sent to HUD that Mike wrote saying he came here and checked my cupboards and everything and stating I had some “unknown “ white powder on my floors! Unknown Mike?? Really?? And he also said there were NO bugs! He is as dishonest as the day is long! Shameful! And he never checked anything! He just took a look at all of the bugs I had, said he couldn’t treat my apartment because of the borax and that I didn’t need to worry! Since HRA wouldn’t do their job to treat my apartment, it took me a year to get rid of them. Not to mention I had the biggest black spiders on my outside window, and again, HRA wouldn’t do a thing my view for almost two years was a bunch of huge black spiders crawling around on their webs on my windows! The good news is, Santa and Jerry are gone now!! Good riddance is all I have to say about that! We now have Joe Hiller and he is doing an awesome job at the Chisholm HRA, bugs/spiders are gone, apartments are kept up, hallway carpets have been shampooed and treated for bugs! I have no doubt that as time goes on things will just get better and better! He even opened up the third floor laundry room,(Santa said there wasn’t any laundry room on third floor!) another lie, and there were many lies from Santa! So they gone and things are finally getting better! Thanks Joe Hiller!!😌 Susan

Mike came out to diagnose a possible bee problem, he was incredibly kind, honest and prompt. I highly recommend him over Five Star pest control. We were stood up twice by them but Mike was here right when we needed him!
