Francis Animal and Pest Control

Sean is the best! We have several pet ducks and Chinese geese that free-range around our farm pond, and recently a very large snapping turtle showed up on its way down to the water. I was completely panicked and unsure of the safest way to handle the situation. When I called Sean, he was incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring. He walked me through how to safely and properly remove the turtle, helped calm my nerves, and provided additional advice on protecting our ducks and geese from other potential predators around the property. It's rare to find someone who is not only an expert in what they do, but also genuinely cares about helping people. I can't recommend Francis Animal and Pest Control highly enough. If you need wildlife or pest control assistance, Sean is absolutely the person to call!

The spray that was used lasted about a month or so. I called the company several times on different occasions and I was always made to be the person at fault. The same person that answered the phone each time (Sean) was unprofessional. There were always kids in the background screaming. They claim that if Bess, wasps, hornets, etc return before the three month mark that they will come back out and spray again. That has never happened. I will never use this company again!!

Francis responded right away to my mole issues and shown integrity as they held true to their warranty for a second round of treatment. I will definitely be using them again for any future pest needs.

They did a great job! I would highly recommend them. We’ve been pest free for almost a year now (that’s when they were out).

Let me first say I have never written a review for anything anywhere. This was an expensive service though to exclude bats in my home and just feel cheated out of a lot of money. They came out 3 times and well didn't show up for the fourth time so I got on the roof myself and for the time being finished the job. I was refusing to do this because its a service and they should be accountable. This process was essentially 3 months because every time they don't do the job you wait about 2 weeks for them to have time to fix it.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I am very dissatisfied with this company so I feel compelled. The people who came to do the work were friendly, but the work they did accomplished absolutely nothing. I paid for squirrel removal from my attic and for mouse entryways to be blocked. They set up a trap by a vent on the exterior of the house for the squirrel, left it there for a few weeks then they came and got it, without ever having trapped a squirrel. There are still squirrels in my attic but apparently their guarantee doesn’t actually guarantee they’ll get rid of your squirrels. Same with the mice - they allegedly plugged all holes into the house but I have more mice than ever. I paid about $500 for these services - what a waste of money! The person in the office basically shrugged when I called to complain.
