Everything about the experience was very professional and efficient. Samantha was great on the phone: very personable and friendly, and she laid out the options very clearly. They were able to schedule a home inspection the same day I called, which was much appreciated! Savanna was at our house for a couple hours and she did a very thorough job. They provided an estimate for some follow-up work and that too was very helpful. We highly recommend Wildlife Management Services!!

I played this company over $1,000 to stuff newspaper in a hole and set two traps on my roof for that kind of money I think they would at least clean the insulation and mess they made off the floor of my house. Called multiple times to find out what's going on and they changed techs, and I cant even get a return call

Matt was fantastic!! I called because I thought I noticed an animal going up my garage stairs. Turns out there were three raccoons inside. He caught all of them & diagnosed where they were coming from, suggesting I get a chimney cap to ensure more don’t come in. Would highly recommend Matt & Wildlife Management Services for any of your pest needs!!

Generally, I don't hand out superlatives easily. However, they came easily when I decided to thank Dylan and the other professionals from WMS. When needed, they respond with a wealth of knowledge about your particular problem/issue. Then the fun starts. They put together a long-term plan or a solution that quickly responds to your needs. Matt was diligent, has social skills and a strong work ethic It might seem too expensive, but the job of getting squirrels out of my 117 year old house was very labor intensive, and required day after day of checking traps, then removing any caught critters. Blissfully, he didn't tell me what happened to the squirrels after he caught them. I have a two and a half floors, most of what he did was way up in the air. He documented everything. I can honestly recommend him to anyone dealing with squirrels. And, Wildlife Management was cooperative, I rejected the first quote, and they came back with one I could afford. I didn't tell them, but this was already a very expensive year, and I had no budget left. An update in 2026, Matt showed up yesterday! He checked the condition of the work he did last year. That is the best endorsement possible. What a company. If I could rate him 5 stars again I would. Thank you!

Excellent service! Lovely office staff and technicians.

We had the surprise of a live squirrel in a chimney when the sweep arrived to do a regular cleaning. The technician was able to get to the residence within an hour and 15 minutes later the squirrel was in a live trap and out the door. Great service, excellent sense of humor on the technician's part, what could have been a bad day turned into a funny happy hour tale. Thank you!

I have worked with Wildlife Management twice. Once when a possum died in our water feature, and once when we found a racoon latrine against our house. Both interactions were positive, but I cannot say enough about DJ, the racoon specialist. DJ was so kind and knowledgeable, he helped us to feel more comfortable with the live trapping and relocation. He did a great job finding all the potential pest issues around our home, and is just the perfect person you would want to ethically remove racoons from your property. You can tell that he cares about the animals, and that matters to our family. Thank you, DJ! We really appreciate your excellent work and hope that family of teen-racoons is happy in their new home. :)

The movement and noise stopped immediately after traps were set. Repairs done perfectly. Technician did an excellent job.

Wildlife Management has a wonderful service and a great crew of people. I have been a customer in Minneapolis for 21 years and love the peace of mind they provide. I highly recommend their services and annual inspection, which is guaranteed for the year. They're the best.

My wife and I were practically in tears looking over the invoice, not for the usual reason, but because it seemed at first glance like each of the seven squirrels that WMS trapped and removed from our house was added as an individual line item: $0 - SQU - Trapping: Squirrel $0 - SQU - Trapping: Squirrel $0 - SQU - Trapping: Squirrel $0 - SQU - Trapping: Squirrel $0 - SQU - Trapping: Squirrel etc. I don't know why that's so funny to me. It's not even true - on second glance it's clear that the line items corresponded to each day of trapping - but it just got me. The service was very professional, the traps were checked punctually and the repair looks great. Everything about the process seemed humane and, while it was expensive, I thought the value was good and I would absolutely consider WMS my first choice for any future fuzzy friend removal.

This was a very frustrating experience for me: when I called about services for bar abatement, I was told that the service technician would come out and install any bat doors that needed to be installed and would come out again around a week later to close them up. Instead, the technician went to the areas where bats could enter, took pictures for an estimate, and left. If I knew I was only going to get an estimate for further work and costs after spending $600 for him to come out, I certainly never would have gone with this company.

Attic inspection I feel was a joke. No heat sensor equipment to find raccoon den, flashlight only, took a total 10 -15 minutes. Not detailed as promised. Missed the largest problems of all: large gaps under the roof vents that allow easy access of raccoons, mice, squirrels and insects. I trapped the raccoon in my own cage before they came out. To their credit, they did take the raccoon away. WMS promised a professional, detailed inspection of my attic, roof and property to prevent further pest intrusion and recommendations. What I received was a 30- 45 minute visit with little as was represented at a billing price of $589 + tax. 👎👎

We contacted Wildlife Management after realizing that we had raccoons trying to get into our attic from the roof. They were pulling off shingles and chewing on plastic vents. WM had done a great job for our neighbors with similar issues and are doing a great job for us. Initially, they go over everything outside the house making sure there aren’t already openings established. We had Matt screen and foam an awkward mouse entry area under roof eves and it is very professionally done. Matt comes by each day and checks for raccoon activity around our house, and also checks the traps, keeping food bait tidy. On weekends, traps are wired open so raccoons will wander in and out. After only a week and a half one has already been caught. Matt is responsive to texts or calls so when I texted that there was a raccoon in the kennel he came right over. We don’t like having to do this but since they seem so interested in getting in to the attic, we had to take action. We definitely recommend Wildlife Management and feel that the money is very well spent.
