Do not use this service. He is disrespectful, unresponsive and does not generally care. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Bob's Pest Control. From start to finish, it was evident that Bob was unprofessional, disrespectful, lazy, and completely unwilling to do his job properly. I strongly advise against using his services if you value your time, money, and sanity. First and foremost, Bob's disrespectful attitude was shocking. He consistently displayed a lack of basic courtesy and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. Instead of listening to my pest problems attentively, he dismissively brushed them off and made me feel like my issues were insignificant. Such behavior is completely unacceptable for someone claiming to be a professional in the pest control industry. To make matters worse, when I confronted Bob about his attitude, he outright refused to take responsibility. Instead of addressing the issues and providing a resolution, he defensively shifted the blame onto me. It was as if he had no interest in rectifying the situation or making things right. This level of unprofessionalism and refusal to accept accountability is simply unacceptable. Overall, my experience with Bob's Pest Control was a complete disaster. Bob exhibited disrespectful behavior, displayed a lazy work ethic, and demonstrated an unwillingness to take responsibility for their mistakes. I strongly advise against using their services if you expect a professional, competent, and respectful pest control provider. Save yourself the frustration and find a company that truly values its customers and strives for excellence.
