Absolutely recommend Afton SavATree. Their crew has done a fantastic job caring for the centuries-old trees in my yard. My goal is to be a good steward of these trees and SavATree has been a trusted partner. Over the past year, we’ve had to remove one dying oak and trim several other trees. They also treated and fertilized the remaining oaks. The crew is professional, friendly, and expert at what they do. And, their clean-up is amazing. 5 stars!

The crew (3) was very professional and knew what they were doing. It was a full day project, with very little downtime. Hard workers! Very conscious of safety and were very careful around the building that the trees were being removed very close to and over.

We contacted SaveATree about removal of a large tree that fell on our car. They were punctual for everything they did (estimate, removal and clean up of the tree) and did an excellent job! I would highly recommend this company. The staff went above and beyond and were patient in helping with multiple pieces of information needed for our insurance company.

Once again, SavATree (Afton, MN) delivered services above and beyond expectations. Our arborist, Mike Sombrio, is excellent. Knowledgeable, responsive and thoroughly explains the issues and the work involved. Spencer and his crew were on time, efficient, experienced, skilled, friendly and polite. The crew was respectful of our property. Most of all, the clean-up was exceptional!! After multiple trees were removed or pruned, my husband walked down our long driveway and commented that “it’s like they weren’t even here”. Services are reasonably priced. Highly recommend SavATree.

Good service. Unfortunately they don't listen to customer. Called numerous times the office so the service guy doesn't leave the work order on the door knob. I had a spray scheduled and the guy knocked at the door. I asked him if he had instructions in his notes not to leave the job order on the door knob. He said he didn't have anything indicating that. Frustrating. Probably I will not renew their service when it expires :(

I requested treatment for a dying Ash Tree…I agreed to the service and was told they would be out within two weeks.. over month later after not hearing back from them and the service not being done, contacted them. Then they put me on the schedule. I hope the delay in treating my Tree doesn’t affect the outcome.

They do a great job treating our 3 Ash trees for Ash boar the past 6 Years. They have saved my trees, and my wife and are very pleased with their work. Others on our block have lost there Ash trees as they didn’t treat them. These trees are 52 years old, and give beautiful shade! Mike and his crew are great to work with! Slow service, poor communication. This company was prompt in evaluating our tree and following up multiple times until we signed the quote (they added multiple $100+ services not discussed at the evaluation). Then it was radio silence for two weeks at which point I followed up and they said they would be out that day. No call no show, I followed up and they said the tech was sick. Another week goes by without contact, I call and they’ll try to be out “this week”. No communication for another week so now I’m leaving this review.

I have used SavATree on multiple occasions. This time they removed two large trees (30 foot tall). Both were challenging. One in the back yard only 3 feet from a neighbors fence and the one in front had cable and power lines running through it. Scheduled to start at 8AM. They were here ready to go on time. The team of 3 listened to my concerns about access. They took care of business in a safe and professional manner. They worked together well as a team. They cleaned every branch and leaf up and even blew sawdust off my roof. They exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone.
