My Tech Kevin arrived on time. We discussed my issue with box elder bugs which have shown up in force, inside and out. I’m extremely disappointed with the way this situation has been handled. Your team broke our Christmas decorations and gave us a huge runaround instead of taking responsibility or offering any type of compensation for the damaged items. When I attempted to cancel, I was told I could cancel today for the following month, meaning I still had to make the upcoming payment. However, I was then informed that even though I am paying for that month, your company will not come out to provide the service
