The representative I spoke with about a recent ant issue moved up my quarterly appt by two weeks to get a tech out sooner, just because of good customer service. My Tech Kevin arrived on time. We discussed my issue with box elder bugs which have shown up in force, inside and out. He explained why I had a large concentration on one side of the house Vs the other. Kevin got busy explaining to me what solutions he was using. He found a wasp nest and extracted immediately before they start. He showed me the nesting areas for the bugs. With such a huge problem, I know that I will continue to see them for a couple of weeks. He will return on a maintenance prog
