You HAVE TO pick at least one star to post, but i woud like this business to have No Stars at all, or for Google to list negative stars. I called twice. Both times "Home Services" answered. She did not say Pest Control, so when I asked "where did I just call" to make sure it was exterminators, she hung up on me. No idea if they do a good job since the woman manning their phones is very unprofessional. She answered the same way when i called again (not realizing this was the same company) and once again trying to clarify she hung up again.

Prompt, efficient and budget friendly. Staff was knowledgeable and ensured me things would be resolved. Something a worried homeowner wants to hear. I’d highly recommend

I contacted Bugs No More and spoke with Brian, the owner. We set an appointment for the following morning. He was right on time and did the job to my complete satisfaction. He also explained everything I needed to know espectially about things I had not even considered. Invaluable! Everything about his presentation and quality of work was outstanding. I highly recommend Bugs No More.

We discovered late yesterday that we had bees or wasps entering our wall upstairs from outside and close to coming through to the inside. Brian returned the call within 15 minutes and told us what to do to prevent a breakthrough. He came promptly the next day as promised and answered all our questions before exterminating and removing the hive of what turned out to be yellowjackets. He let us know exactly what to expect afterward. The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend Bugs No More. Thank God we didn't have yellowjackets flying around in our house and thanks to Brian for taking care of it so quickly!

Don't answer calls

Tho I did not hire this company for services the guy was super informative and spent a half hour on the phone with me on a Sunday to point me in the right direction.. thank you for your advice much appreciated and from my experience seems like a very honest guy and that's hard to find!

We have worked with him for years. The only guy we will call for any bug issue. He is very kind and passionate about his work. Would recommend to everyone.
