I'm bummed to be making this review because I had a pleasant first experience with Chris so I had him come out again this spring to spray for ants. After waiting almost 20 days to give everything time to work I reached out to let him know that my ant problem had gotten worse and was ignored repeatedly and when he finally reached out he told me he'd come out to look and no called no showed three different times and I had to be the one to reach out and got a different excuse each time. Unfortunately his work is not guaranteed like he stated and I'll have to pay another person to come out and take of this. Very disappointed with this service.

I called and spoke with Chris, the owner of Rx Pest Control, to remove a bee infestation outside my home in Taylor. We set an appointment for the following day. No one showed and no one contacted me to let me know what was happening. I called that evening and left a voice message, but no one has called me back. I then contacted Bugs No More at 7:30pm last night and Brian (owner) came out and completed the job to my complete satisfaction first thing this morning.

Chris set up my appointment and scheduled a time when it was time for the appointment he said that he was running behind. Which is fine. He said that he could now be there at 1pm and he NEVER showed. Didn’t even text me back when I asked for his ETA. Very unprofessional especially since I mentioned his reviews and he assured me that they are not like that anymore which is FALSE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS AT ALL

Dude said if the bugs come back, call and let him know and hell come back and respray for free (their warranty policy) but yes of course not a single text or call answered for like 5 days. Basically a scammer at this point. Edit: The MINUTE a review is left I get a response lol

Chris the owner was a no call no show 3 times for us. Had to call over and over again when he did not show up to even get a text as an excuse. Not a real business. Contact someone else.

Chris showed up the first time and told us he would contacted us again after he found more information, and gave us a quote, and we kept calling him for a couple of times, and he never responded ...

Called and set up a appointment with the owner Chris. Day of the appointment he never showed or called me back when I tried to reach him. I understand things happen, but my son was in the hospital very sick and I was not able to be with him because of the appointment I scheduled. This is bad business. Could have called so I wasn’t waiting around. Could have been with my son. Call Brian at Bugs No More he was excellent

Very thorough excellent service and great service for price

I reached out online to set up a free quote, no one showed up for the scheduled day but that was understandable considering the fact that I never got a conformation in my email. I was able to get in contact with someone and I used their services the very next day. I was provided with a 3 month warranty that was not followed after my problem was still persistent (I waited 3-7 days before reaching back out), no one ever got back in touch with me for a follow up treatment that I needed, I ended up reaching out to a different company, only for them to charge HALF the price that Rx Pest Control charged! I am disappointed that I wasted money going through this service when it is clear they do not care about their customers. I could have saved $250 more, and actually have a peace of mind about being in my home.

Made the appointment online, they sent me email confirmation and everything but ended up no show and no one answering the phone. How could I trust your business?

Very professional company. They where very informative and provided exceptional service. I will definitely use in future and refer them.

Discovered I had bed bugs and luckily caught it earlier enough before it got really bad. Luckily, no bites, but had them come in and fumigate once and twice to ensure they had gotten bugs and eggs. Did a great job. Very thorough job and also came back after a week or so to check if I had found any more. He was very informative and professional. I told them, I had not found any. Would recommend this company to anyone.

My bed bug problem was out of control I tried everything I could a few companies raked me over the coals but never got rid of the problem after just a month of service our out of control bug problem was in control and and only clearing up more by the day and the friendly service was a bonus great men great work
