Natural Way Lawn & Tree Service

Absolutely disappointed in the service I received. There were spots that were burned, and weeds coming through all summer long. When the guys came out to repair my lawn with seed and hay, they claimed I had grubs. They did put grub control down at no cost to me. If this was the case, why didn't the techs let me know I had grubs?? They said I had a lawn fungus, again, why didn't they try to solve that problem. I asked for them to use a lawn spreader, from my knowledge, it never happened. I don't think they realize a security camera shows exactly what they did. Just as I was writing my review a nice guy named Terry called to win back my business. I couldn't go back. I was totally unhappy about the lawn with this company.

Here we are again 2 years later and the grass is worse. I know it has been very hot, but the part I don't understand is that my neighbors on both sides of me don't even water there grass or get lawn service and my grass is the worse, I can't for the life of me wrap my head around that part and I prepaid. I gave this company another chance to make it right, to make the grass better it didn't happen. Things are expensive now a days and some people don't have money to give away. I have to move on with another company.

I'm waiting for them to come out to treat my lawn it was treated once then aeration was done over a week ago I call they said they will be out I just want the dandelions to disappear what’s taking so long to come back out and treat

Worst customer service (Kelly). Had for years but over the last 2 years service has gone down. Grass looked aweful all summer. Preventative didn't work. Fertilizer spilled, etc.

Sales guy sold me an Organic service and then signed me up for the regular poison. They refused to credit my account. Terrible customer service call today. Made me pay for poisoning my lawn. Looking no for a new organic option.

Grass has never been this green before using Natural Way and without overwhelming dandelions! Going in my 3rd year and will continue with this great company!

Excellent Communication and service!

What I appreciate most is getting a call that Natural Way will be out in a day or two. In most cases, I'm able to get my lawn cut in preparation for the service they are coming out to perform.

My grass has gotten healthier over the past two years. My only problem is that the vehicle used to apply fertilizer takes plugs of grass out from turns and it smashed my nicely trimmed edges.

My lawn looks better than it has for years. My last company became complacent with their service and I had to call several times a year for them to reapply because of persistent weeds. This company has done a great job on each application and I have been very satisfied.

Natural Way has serviced our lawn since we moved into our house 8 years ago, except 1. And that year was terrible! Fertilizing, aeration and occasional treatment for moles have been well done and affective. We have recommended Natural Way to many neighbors.

Have used Natural Way for a few years, for aeration, lawn feeding, weed control, and grub control. I’m not a big lawn enthusiast, but I will say that my minimal effort + Natural Way’s services lead to a pretty decent looking lawn. It may be 5 kinds of green, but it is green and free of obvious weeds. Getting the extras, like aeration and grub control helps noticeably as well. It’s been nothing but a good experience for me.

With this lawn service, and I have tried many, I have seen very good results in a very short time. My lawn is thicker and greener than ever, Thank you Natural Way.
