John C is an amazing person and worker. This place has such stupid way of doing business. I called to have someone come out to my business for an ant problem. They said someone would call me back to schedule. I waited until the next day and nobody had called. I called back and they said that sometimes it takes 48 hours to get a call back but they would transfer me right away to someone who could set up an appointment. I would not recommend them for mice extermination, I called them out and the only thing they did was put mice traps down, glue traps and the traditional traps, I paid $200 for them to come out and do something I could’ve did myself and not one mouse has been caught using their traps, I actually seen a mice run right across one and didn’t get caught, also they also do inspection of the home to see the entry points which makes it seem worth the fee they charge you to come out but they don’t give y
