Great service! They sprayed the exterior of our home for boxelder bugs and it worked really well. We used to see them often, but now we rarely see any. Very happy with the results.

I had rats in my crawl space!!! Looked around different companies, they were asking for 280+ first payment and a monthly fee, just to come put a trap and some wool lol! , called big dawag jason and came and took care of the problem , one time solution and all is set 💯 problem gone 💯 Worth the price!

We had an excellent experience with 5 Star Pest Control. After contacting a couple other companies, we had a much different and better experience with 5 Star. Mark called us back quickly and spent a lot of time on the phone with us to understand the situation and patiently answer all of our questions. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and respectful - during the call, before the treatment as well as after the treatment. It was apparent that Mark was sincerely passionate about helping people with their pest issues. He was gladly willing to come up with creative solutions for accommodating special circumstances. It was such refreshing customer service, especially during a stressful time. Jason, the exterminator/technician was able to come to our home the same day!! The communication prior to arrival was on point as promised. It was apparent Jason also was committed to his career and truly cared about helping people. He was very thorough and took time to investigate each area of the home. He was kind and unjudgmental. He was not rushed, even though it was untypical business hours and we were not even the last job of the day - (Amazing!). Jason was respectful of our concerns and questions, answering all of them, no matter how menial. And our furniture was put back in place. Very professional!!! And gets the job done!!! Most reliable exterminator i know!! I called at 3am he came right then in there to remove a squirrel from my attic I’ve been using him ever since!!!

My experience with 5 Star has been nothing less than stellar! After an undesirable incident we discovered an infestation of bedbugs as a result. Jason came out, checked the entire house and told us how bad it was and what it would take to fix. No sunshine and roses - just cold, hard facts. The first 2 appointments really made a huge difference and we are currently waiting for a follow up, hopefully with a final application. Jason worked with me despite my being wheelchair and homebound. He took great care to ensure my comfort and safety. If you EVER need the services of a great, reliable pest control company I'd advise you to call 5 Star in Southfield. Don't waste your time with others. Thank you, 5 Star and Jason! I saw a mouse in my home I called 5 star pest control and they assured me that someone would come within 24hrs to set up bait stations in my home. The next day Jason came and took care of my mouse issue. He set up a few bait stations in my home and also sealed a hole from the outside where mice could get in. Would definitely recommend! Customer service 10/10

It was a great experience. The exterminator was very thorough and made sure he took time to check every inch of our house. There has not been any activity since and we are waiting for our next treatment coming up. Great company and great customer service.
