This place has such stupid way of doing business. I called to have someone come out to my business for an ant problem. They said someone would call me back to schedule. I waited until the next day and nobody had called. I called back and they said that sometimes it takes 48 hours to get a call back but they would transfer me right away to someone who could set up an appointment. I was then told that I was scheduling for someone to come out to do an inspection and give me a quote. The service wou

We had an excellent experience with 5 Star Pest Control. After contacting a couple other companies, we had a much different and better experience with 5 Star. Mark called us back quickly and spent a lot of time on the phone with us to understand the situation and patiently answer all of our questions. My experience with 5 Star has been nothing less than stellar! After an undesirable incident we discovered an infestation of bedbugs as a result. Jason came out, checked the entire house and told us how bad it was and what it would take to fix. No sunshine and roses - just cold, hard facts. The first 2 appointments really made a huge difference and we are currently waiting for a follow up, hopefully with a final application.
