If I could give 10 stars I would! The entire experience with Griffin was first rate from start to finish. They called me back immediately when I reached out for help and followed up via phone and email throughout the scheduling process. I asked that they try to arrive with a short notice and within a tight window, not expecting them to be able to pull it off and somehow they did. The gentleman that arrived was super friendly, a great communicator, and even talked me through everything on the phone after he clocked out for the day because I wasn’t able to be there the entire time. If you’re reading this review wondering if you should reach out to Griffin you can stop doing the research and just pick up the phone. You’ll be happy you did!

Showed up on time, was clean, knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. Offered timely advice and didn't try to rush away after doing the treatment. Seemed to care about the results and not like he was just paid to show up. This type of service almost never exists anymore.

Herb was thoughtful, knowledgeable and effective. He made it clear to my wife and I that Griffin would do “whatever it takes” resolve our mole yard issues.

So shady! Are you guys griffin pest, terminix, rentokil or ehrlich?? either way we didn't agree to anything with your "employee" Donald Owen's and someone needs to call us back about this!@$@

Paul was thorough in his work, respectful, and very kind to talk with. We were considering cancelling our Griffin treatments because past applications were minimal. With Paul on the job we think we may keep the house perimeter service to minimize spiders, ants, etc crawling around on the deck, porch, etc.

James was very courteous and took his time to clean everything up for me thank you and your staff

Griffin sprays my house every quarter. I have very few insects of any kind. If there is a problem, they come back -no charge. Highly recommend!

I have the 365 plan! They come out every 4 months to treat any insects of the season! I don’t like bugs! It gives me comfort and they are very thorough, timely and professional

I had dealt with James and he’s an amazing person, very through in his explanation as to what’s going on, 10/10 would recommend Griffen and James for all my pest control needs.

Paid for two years of service. Issue was never fixed despite calling and threatening to cancel service multiple times. Finally went through with cancellation and was charged $100 to cancel services.

The young man from Griffin came today. He was eager to inspect and asked a lot of questions. I consider this a very positive experience for his first trip to our home.

Here to sing the praises of Xavier from Griffin Pest Solutions. After discovering mice in my basement last week (which completely freaked me out), Xavier came out for a follow-up visit after bait had been laid. I am very creeped out by the little rodents (and admittedly a total wimp). Xavier immediately put me at ease with his chill attitude and sense of humor, answered all of my questions, and handled the situation with total confidence and professionalism. Xavier’s bravery and steady presence turned a stressful situation into something manageable. His calm and kindess gave me peace of mind. Highest praise for Xavier — I’m incredibly grateful.
