Very knowledgeable, and friendly. The sales counter employees are willing to help and answer questions and most importantly fair prices and their products actually work. I'm like a lot of companies out there that sell pest control products they will give you the honest truth and make a recommendation for you as to what product to use not just "buy the most expensive because it works". No matter what your issue is you can count on O'Malley's to help you solve the problem.
