Hats off to Hanes Exterminating! I had a yellow jacket hive in my siding and couldn't get rid of them. I tried myself, and called another company. After the other company came out twice and said they couldn't do anymore, I was super frustrated. I received a recommendation from someone for Hanes and gave Eric a call. He squeezed me into his busy schedule, came out and fixed the problem first time around! Thanks Tons Eric and Hanes! You will get my calls and recommendations going forward for sure.

I thought Hanes Extermination did a great job! They were there when I needed them and made sure the yellow jackets and hive were out of my attack. I feel so much better now that those yellow jackets are gone. Thank you!

Oh how I hate bugs, specially in my house! The job we had to do, and the job Bruce did was down right dead bug zone!! I have never met this man in my life, but LADIES... This man can give you your happy home back. Thank you Bruce from the bottom of my bug hating heart. P.s. have a great life man, I don't think I will ever see you again. Kill on...

Asked a simple question. Whomever answered was rude.

Hanes came out to do a termite inspection within a day and the inspection was free of charge. Eric is a pleasant guy and helpful with his experience during inspection. I think they charge around $55 to do an inspection for a home that's up for sale. They were ready to do the extermination job for the termites I had within a few days. They worked on the job for about 3 hours and when I returned to my home everything was how I left it, other than the holes they put in the ground for the termites, and they covered the holes after application. I'm pleased with the service they provided and I'd go with Hanes again in the future without hesitation.
