Hats off to Hanes Exterminating! I had a yellow jacket hive in my siding and couldn't get rid of them. I tried myself, and called another company. After the other company came out twice and said they couldn't do anymore, I was super frustrated. I received a recommendation from someone for Hanes and gave Eric a call. He squeezed me into his busy schedule, came out and fixed the problem first time around! Thanks Tons Eric and Hanes! You will get my calls and recommendations going forward for sure.

Hanes came out to do a termite inspection within a day and the inspection was free of charge. Eric is a pleasant guy and helpful with his experience during inspection. I think they charge around $55 to do an inspection for a home that's up for sale. They were ready to do the extermination job for the termites I had within a few days. They worked on the job for about 3 hours and when I returned to my home everything was how I left it, other than the holes they put in the ground for the termites,

Very knowledgeable, and friendly. The sales counter employees are willing to help and answer questions and most importantly fair prices and their products actually work. I'm like a lot of companies out there that sell pest control products they will give you the honest truth and make a recommendation for you as to what product to use not just "buy the most expensive because it works". No matter what your issue is you can count on O'Malley's to help you solve the problem.

I called with a mouse problem at my cottage. I was prepared to pay them to pay a visit, but they talked me through the steps I needed to take over the phone and gave me the confidence I could tackle myself. Always appreciate a place that is looking to save me money. I stopped by and they had all the supplies i need in stock to quickly address my issue.
