We scheduled a fall cleanup with New Horizon predicting we were going to need help. Boy am I glad we did. We had several health emergencies that left us in a very bad spot. They came for the final cleanup during a winter advisory and completed the yard!! Snow and sleet! Wow! Thank you for your kindness and understanding. The yard looks fantastic. Well, we can’t see it now because it’s covered in snow lol

Connor from New Horizon Property Management came to our residence to service our property for flea, tick and mosquito control. He politely introduced himself and explained exactly what he was going to do, how he would do it and what the protocol was for after he had completed his work. And just in case you had trouble remembering what was said, he left a card with the information as well. Excellent service and great customer care, and our backyard is comfortable again for enjoying the beautiful evening weather, even after the sun has gone down! Thanks Connor and New Horizon!

Have been getting my yard treated for flea, tick and mosquito! Asked them if they could come spray early this month ahead of a party I was hosting at my house, and despite their busy schedule, they were able to make it 2 days after my early request! Also the treatment works well and there are virtually no mosquitoes in my yard!

James/Tony/Hudson were very nice and did a great job installing my new gutters for me. Very quick installing. Completely happy with their work. Office staff were very pleasant and helpful also.

"Who are you? Why the 1 star review? We have never done any kind of work for you and you are not in our system." This is who I am. We contacted you to see if you could do some work for us. We got told that you had issues with us in the past and because of that you could not help us. We asked what it was that happened and we got told it was from 2017 and it would just be best if we did not work together. The funny thing is we do not remember having your company do anything for us. Granted it was 7 years ago so maybe we forgot. But I would think we would remember if there was some issue that was bad enough to be put in your system to remind you of its existence. So what ever the issue was must of made me so mad 😠 so now that I have had time to cool down(7 years later). I figured I should rate your service now for what ever it was that angered us both so much back then. That is why the 1 star review. I have made sure to put you in my system and will not call for any of your services going forward at my home.

Absolutely atrocious service! I called in with a simple inquiry, and instead of addressing my concerns like a professional, the representative decided to hang up the phone on my face! How unprofessional can you get? Not only did this display a lack of basic courtesy, but it also reflects poorly on the company's customer service standards. I demand an apology and an explanation for such disrespectful behavior. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere!

This is my first season using New Horizon for my lawn needs. I switched to them because of the environmentally friendly materials. My lawn looked great! The costs were reasonable; and every conversation I had with their staff was pleasant and informative.

New Horizon does a good job for a fair price. Whenever there is a concern or I need to add to their scope of work, they are extremely responsive and have things handled quickly.
