We called Bed Bug Specialists late on a Saturday night after discovering what we thought were bed bugs in our son’s room. Mike from BBS called me back on Sunday morning and walked me through a series of questions and provided clear information on their bed bug removal procedure. He asked me to send a photo of the bugs we’d seen and told me it could possibly be bat bugs instead of bed bugs. After his team reviewed the photo themselves and used AI to do an analysis, Mike assured me what we had was bat bugs, not bed bugs. He also provided me a contact person who could help with bat removal and explained the steps needed to ensure all bugs were removed from our house. My nightmare is OVER.... Myself and my cats were immediately more relaxed and happy. They not only eradicated the infestation,but took the time to check on my well being while I was saving for the treatment. Their prices are way more reasonable than the competition. But you need to complete EVERYTHING on the checklist for maximum results. The owner Allen himself came to treat my house which I greatly appreciated . Wow, just wow. An elderly relative has been dealing with bed bugs. She refused to get rid of her belongings or put them In storage as another exterminator said would be required. Not only was she able to keep her things but Kendall and Allen were able to talk to her in a way that validated her concerns. We called many times with questions and were treated with respect and kindness. It’s a very stressful situation.. If you need this service, I would choose Michigan Bedbug. We had had another popular extermination company come out and tell us info that was not correct-not updated to current scientific info on bedbugs. Price was also very reasonable.

I spoke on the phone with Kendall who was so kind, courteous and answered all my questions. I have been paranoid that I have bed bugs but yet to find any concrete evidence up to now. I had the unfortunate experience of staying in a hotel room with bed bugs last month. I called Michigan Bed Bug Treatment & Exterminator twice because I was so nervous about bringing the bed bugs home. They are kind, compassionate, and very generous with their time and advice. I hope I never have to use them, but they will be the first people I will call if so.

Listen folks… no one wants to admit they have bed bugs.. I was in a complete state of shock and panic when we had them and my father found this company and we called them. Within two days they were here and ONE VISIT from them COMPLETELY took care of the problem.. The staff is so very kind and understanding, and they took the time to explain and answer questions beforehand. Please don’t waste your time trying to rid yourself of these life shattering bugs.. call Allen!!!

1 day and goodbye bed bugs.

First I would like to recommend that if you need this service get a hotel for the night or you will be trying to sleep in HEAT!!! Now... they did the job very professionally, answered any and all my questions, I could text them anytime and get a response. I will admit I wasn't quite as prepared as they asked for but they finished up that too. When I returned at the end of the service HOLY JESUS IT WAS HOT 🔥 🥵 😳!!! inside my house as expected I suppose but what I wasn't expecting was how long it took to get the heat out! I opened all the windows turned on fans and the next morning the thermostat was still reading 87 yet it was 65 outside. Also every pillow cushion throw blanket etc was tossed around and in the floor of the livingroom, dresser drawers were pulled half open, pillows and bed blankets were strewn over the bed and floor of the bedroom, every light in the house was on, door handles were a tad warm to the touch (not hot) but so far as of the next morning I would have to say I am happy with their service I do not see any bugs anywhere but let me get things back to normal or my normal and if that changes I'll do an update 😀
