Connor from New Horizon Property Management came to our residence to service our property for flea, tick and mosquito control. He politely introduced himself and explained exactly what he was going to do, how he would do it and what the protocol was for after he had completed his work. And just in case you had trouble remembering what was said, he left a card with the information as well.
