He politely introduced himself and explained exactly what he was going to do, how he would do it and what the protocol was for after he had completed his work. And just in case you had trouble remembering what was said, he left a card with the information as well. Excellent service and great customer care, and our backyard is comfortable again for enjoying the beautiful
