If I could give 0 stars I would! EVERYONE PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTRACTING THEM!!!!! Started off great, was promised they HAD to check every single station as they have to scan them for the report. We'll come to find out they've been skipping 10 stations or more everytime the past 3 months labeling them as inaccessible (yet they placed the traps) make it make sense. No way to contact them directly without putting in a request and that gives them 48 hours to call back otherwise you gotta call them

This has been one of the worst service experiences. I am never informed about when the technician will arrive. I receive messages stating that the service is complete, even though no one has come. Later the technician arrived on time after my complaint and sent a message a day before, the same issue has occurred again. FRAUD. Our sales representative Michael Sullivan came to our house and explained to my husband and I a service they provided to add calking with metal all along the entire house.
