Other one star reviews are spot on with my experience: they don’t show up or communicate. Their technicians never showed for the original appointment and then no one followed up to reschedule. I called them weeks later and was told someone would contact me to reschedule. No one ever did so I hired Mosquito Squad who came the next day. Out of the blue I just received a confirmation email from Ehrlich for an appointment I didn’t make. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my ten ye

They were hired to take care of a wasp problem at my 86yr old mother's house. I had previously went there and dusted the entrance of the hive with tempo dust. This was 9/5. It stopped that swam but she still had others in the house. We called Bain who couldn't it do but recommended Ehrlich. They required a $300 payment before they even showed up. When the tech came out he was shown the hive entrance. Looked at the dead bees I killed. He said those bees are dead. Duh. I wasn't there at the call,

The service at first was great. Whatever they used definitely worked. After about 2-3 months I got a new technician and the experience was different. The technician would not show up sometimes. At some point I requested a new technician because the wife was unhappy with the service. After I requested this I was completely ignored and the same technician I asked to be changed showed up.
