Update 12/30: 10 days after the solar guards installation, raccoon came back and climbed to the roof. I informed Howard and felt discouraged. Thanks to Howard, he showed up regularly and kept trapping even though no raccoon sightings until 20 days later. Surely it came back but only this time caught by the decoy trap. This company has eliminated so many pest problems that I had in my home. They are detail oriented, always on time, and explain everything as they get the job done. The attention to detail is unmatched. I had tried 3 different companies before Braman and got no results. Braman is the only company that got the pest situation under control and if they find something in addition to the scheduled services like a wasp nest, they treat and eliminate that problem as well.
