If you're having an issue with mice as it starts getting colder, the absolute best company to call is Ransford! I called about seeing a couple of mice in the garage, and was very pleased with the person I spoke with. They were super knowledgeable and saida technician could come out that very same day. It didn't work for me time wise, so we made an appointment for the very next morning. Luke (our awesome technician) arrived promptly at 9am and even called about 15 minutes prior to make sure it was still a good time. Luke was very kind and respectful, explaining what he planned on doing. I have a 3000 Sq ft home, out in the woods and he explained it's really not anything that we did, rather the mice's attempt to escape the cold. He started up in the attic and then went to every room's perimeter. Finally ending up in the basement. He didn't just take a look, no, Luke started our treatment that day. He strategically set bait traps inside and out (but nothing I could see). He said that what he'd done would handle our problem, but, if we saw a mouse or mouse droppings anywhere to call and he'd come back out immediately. We decided to hire Ransford and Luke on for a year because the service we paid for also included spiders, bees, ect. Luke's due back in 3 months to check everything out and replace anything if needed. I'm so thankful for our technician Luke! He made us feel so much better about the situation. It's great to know professional treatment that we just can't buy was used along with expertise knowledge we didn't have. I also enjoy supporting Ransford, a woman owned company. If you're ever in need of some help, don't waste your time calling around. I can honestly tell you I already did all that, and Ransford is the best! A professional, successful, and respected company, with technicians who are very knowledgeable and friendly!! Thank you Ransford and thank you Luke!!

We have used Ransford for over 20 years as a preventative measure and for specific problems at 3 different homes in Westborough. The personnel are well trained and very very cooperative and capable. During the most recent Inspection conducted by Glory, she went above and beyond to physically inspect an area of interest due to squirrel activity. I would recommend them highly.

I like Ransford, they are friendly and responsive. The only issue I have with the pest control methods that they, and others use, is the outside bait boxes that are set up. We had them install them outside the foundation and were assured by the tech that other outside critters (other than the mice that we don’t want inside) would not access the boxes. We have several dead chipmunks and a baby squirrel in the yard since starting the service. I wish there was a different way to handle the inside pests without poisoning the exterior.

JB,<br>I am not sure which account is yours so I am unable to review it prior to posting this response.<br>The Pest Control Industry is constantly striving to make products that will have the least possible effect on the environment. Our priority first and foremost is to protect our customers' homes and property. Central Massachusetts has seen an explosion in the mouse and rat population over the past several months. When we place bait outside of homes, it is in a locked bait station that requires a key to open. The entryway to the bait is small and the bait inside is secured so it won't be transferred to another location like a pellet bait might be. We are aiming for mice and rats and the material we use is extremely palatable to them. While it is possible that other rodents might consume the bait, it is not our intention. They just came into my home and slammed the doors open and closed, . they then argued with me that they had the right to inspection my apartment without a 24 hour notice, . Whether they felt the right to ignore my warning and continue to break in as I told them no 24 hour notice was given to us and 10+ apartments was their prerogative, . All they had to do was listen and then site the email that told us 24 hours prior to let them in for an inspection. . If they did that the doors to my home would be wide open for them. . I have animals in the house that roam free wich the landlords know about and agreed to enforce the 24 hour notice so the animals do not attack the workers or vice versa.

They came out, set some traps and blocked up some holes a few weeks ago and I saw another mouse this morning. They had told us that since we are in a townhouse they couldn’t offer the warranty of 6 months. When I called this morning, I was hoping they could at least guarantee a couple of weeks, not asking for any kind of extended warranty. But they pretty much told us there was nothing they could do for us. Poor customer service if you ask me for the amount of money that we paid.
Customer service rep is extremely unprofessional, argued with customer.

I happen to meet their exterminator at a Gas Station in Worcester MA, and thought while we pump gas next to each other...to inquire on exterminating a property that I am purchasing soon. I go up to him kindly, with a smile, a hello, he turns around and says "No I am not giving you anything" didn't even ask him a single thing, don't need or want no favor from him lmfao, great social skills buddy. Who ever this guy was, should take into consideration that getting a customer is a lot harder than losing one.

He explained that he overheard a discussion between you and the gas station employee, and thought you were heading down a different path than a pest control discussion. Based on his recent experiences in similar situations, he misread some cues. We apologize for this poor and unpleasant exchange.<br><br>When our employees wear our uniforms and drive our vehicles, they represent our company. We pride ourselves on being polite, friendly and helpful.
