Most confused company ever. I call up to complain about a service, I get sent to a national call center rather than the office that services me. They want me to take a survey after the call, the automated survey can't hear me - although the service rep could. They want me to give an opinion, they send me a link that posts to this local office - but to the Wrong local office. This isn't the office that services my area. We've been with terminix a little over a year now and have had a great experience. From the start of the assessment of what we need to the quarterly services and also the in-between services to remove the unwanted visitors we caught, they have been on time and very conscious of our crazy schedules. If you're having an issue with mice as it starts getting colder, the absolute best company to call is Ransford! I called about seeing a couple of mice in the garage, and was very pleased with the person I spoke with. They were super knowledgeable and saida technician could come out that very same day. It didn't work for me time wise, so we made an appointment for the very next morning. Luke (our awesome technician) arrived promptly at 9am and even called about 15 minutes prior to make sure it w
