I’ve had two other exterminating companies previous to Big Blue Bug Solutions they were mediocre at best. This company is worth every penny priced perfectly and they do a great job. Tony was here today, was respectful and concerned with how the service is going and making sure that they are covering all aspects of my concerns, and boy they are. I’d give him a 10 if there was such a thing.!

We had a very comprehensive evaluation for a mouse issue we’ve been dealing with. Matt F and Richard O were professional and knowledgeable and we created a treatment plan we feel confident in!

We had small ants in our kitchen that got to our butter and our babies bottle nipples. We panicked and called Big Blue Bug right away and they were able to schedule a visit pretty quickly. Matt and Brooke came to our home and applied a certain treatment to get rid of them and so far they haven’t come back! They were very nice and professional. I also loved that they wore booties which shows this company cares about peoples homes. Thank you for your help!

Matt F. and John M. provided exceptional service in addressing the ant issues at our home, including both sugar ants and carpenter ants. Their professionalism was evident as they attentively listened to all our concerns. They thoroughly sprayed the perimeter of the house and even removed a wasp nest. Additionally, they applied gel baits strategically around the property. Our initial impression was very positive, and we look forward to updating this review in a few weeks to assess the effectiveness of their service.
