MOSQUITO ENEMY

A neighbor referred me to Mosquito Enemy this summer and they have been fantastic! Super flexible, great pricing and it actually works!! I have a large wooded area out back and have dogs and it’s been magical not fighting mosquitos and ticks this summer!🙏 I don’t know why but I was always skeptical — like how can it possibly work — and it really does!🙂 I also wanted to mention the technician that’s been taking care of my property, Chris M., is fabulous!! He’s so thorough and pleasant and kind. He always says hi and chats with me and is also always smiling. His pleasant energy is certainly a major factor why I would stay with this company. Also, the initial sales rep (Jeff E.) who reached out to me to book my first appointment and explain how it all works is also wonderful! Super knowledgeable, flexible and thorough as well! I highly recommend Mosquito Enemy! :)

We never have mosquitos on our property - and yet we get swarmed if we walk down the street. Brandon did a great job, he was on time, checked in to remind us not to let our dog out gor39 mi utes and then sprayed the entire yard and wooded areas.

Before I got my yard sprayed you couldn’t sit outside without needing bug spray even during the day. It was a bummer not being able to enjoy my yard. I can now spend all day and into the evening outside. I will always have them spray my yard.

Good, plus tick control.

This company has no customer service. We paid in 2022 for the service and paid the 1054.59 for the year. I had to cancel service and have been trying to speak with anyone about this incident of refunding our money. We never received the service and have not been successful too speak to anyone. We have called over 15 times getting the answering service apologizing no one has reached out to me and the will mark thus urgent for months. I also have called the owner and left messages on his cell phone and no return call. Jeffery is the owner and is not concerned with his company. STAY CLEAR THIS COMPANY IS ONLY INTERESTTED IN TH WE $$$$. CUSTOMERS DON'T MATTER.

I would give fi e stars but some of the workers are more thorough than others. So far so good we have had a couple questions and the owner gets back to you quickly and very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a thorough job so far.

They do a good job! Used them all last season, and couldn’t wait to sign up for this year. Have noticed way fewer mosquitos and have yet to find a tick on either dog, and they spend a lot of time outside.

My updated review: Mr. Emerson, the owner, has informed us that he will be withholding the payment we are due for the cost of the emergency veterinarian care we had to seek after negligence on the part of his technician caused injury to our dog, unless I remove my previous review of his company. He has also threatened to sue me if I do not remove the review of the incident and his lack of communication or follow through after this incident. I stand by my review and the facts in this case and will be happy to provide the evidence to support my honest statement. I am sorry that he did not like my review, but he had many opportunities to rectify the situation and opted not to communicate with us. It is up to future consumers to decide on if they want to hire him. My statement is based on MY FAMILY'S experience dealing with his company, no one else's. And as you can see, he has other reviews that recommend him. But because I do not and stated the reasons why, I am facing a lawsuit?? A person should not be threatened with lawsuits and withholding of money owed to them because they posted a review based on their experience with a company. Businesses earn reviews based on their performance. My ORIGINAL REVIEW: Mosquito Enemy came to our home in June to spray the yard. Despite a clearly marked sign on the gate: "Please close gate. Dogs in yard", as well as a lock and lock pin upon the latch, the technician did not close the gate nor return the lock and pin, leaving our yard unprotected. We were not made aware of this until after letting our dogs out. Our 10 pound dog escaped through the open gate and got loose onto the major highway we live on. She was sick and in pain upon being found. An emergency trip to the vet set us back $400, on top of the $80 charge from mosquito company for their negligent service that day. We spent days trying to get the owner to call us back...surprise, there is no direct line to him, only an answering service that would relay our calls. After Facebook messaging him that I would go public with what happened, suddenly we got a call back and he promised to take care of the charges if we sent him the vet bill. We did so and it has been weeks. He has not refunded the charges for that service call from his company, and he has not reimbursed us for our medical costs. And, after spending this week, leaving messages daily, emails and Facebook messages, he is not responding once again. For a company that prides themselves on being pet and kid friendly, run by professionals dedicated to customer service, I can say that was NOT our experience with them at all! I have had many a sleepless night thinking about how lucky we were that my dog survived the ordeal, but petrified knowing that it could have been one of our children that got onto the highway using the gate Mosquito Enemy's technician left unlocked and open. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that they would step up and rectify their mistake and the trauma it caused our family. They have had weeks and chose to ignore us. I'm out $500 until I legally can proceed with this.For us, I assure you their product and service was not worth risking the safety of our home and family with the added headache of knowing they chose to ignore us when a problem arose!
