Green Sphere - Lawn Care, Tree & Shrub Care, Tick, Mosquito & Perimeter Pest Control

I have used this company for 3 years in Salisbury, MA for mosquito and tick control. They are professional and do the job with only ecofriendly materials. They are a locally owned small business with very fair pricing. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Green Sphere Landscaping in Newburyport was extremely disappointing. The customer service was consistently inadequate, and the quality of their lawn care was the worst I’ve encountered. My lawn ultimately died under their service. Despite calling repeatedly for help, they rarely showed up—and on the few occasions they did, it was a different technician every time, none of whom seemed familiar with the property or past treatments. They routinely missed large sections of the yard when fertilizing, and even after bringing this to their attention multiple times, the response was always the same: blame placed on me rather than taking any accountability. There was no ownership of the issues, no consistent follow-through, and no meaningful effort to resolve the problems they caused. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Green Sphere Landscaping.

Having contracted GreenSphere the past several yrs, we’ve been extremely pleased with the team, Domenic has been very attentive and willing to take the time to explain what’s going on with our landscape and is always open to discuss/explain any observations I may have when something isn’t looking just right. If he doesn’t have the immediate answer, he takes pictures for his team and they promptly get back with a plan of resolution to combat the issue at hand.

We have been using Greensphere for 2+ years and our lawn has never looked better. They are very professional. I like how they text me before they do an application so I can plan my grass cutting. Our tech Jeremiah is great! He answers all my questions about the lawn care and explains the purpose of the different applications. We tried many different lawn care services. All of them were unreliable, and our lawn looked worse. Since using Greensphere our lawn looks much better. I highly recommend them.

Over the course of one season, Greensphere helped us go from a dead lawn to a green, growing backyard. Communication has been great and prices are fair. The team have a lot of knowledge and are ready to recommend what's necessary without pushing unneeded services. Evan has been 'the guy' for our yard. Thanks Evan!

Great service - the last time my lawn looked this good was when it was brand new. Due to the drought conditions last summer, it burned up and I truly thought it was gone. However, with Green Sphere's treatment program, the lawn has totally come back and is green again! My technicians have been Jeremiah, Evan. Green Sphere sends emails telling me when they're going to service my property and then a follow-up email to say they serviced the lawn. Service and communication are EXCELLENT! I highly recommend Green Sphere for anyone needing lawn maintenance!

I have an update since the season has ended. Green Sphere has impressed me throughout the season. They have been a great company to do business with, we will continue next year with our mosquito control. I cannot say enough about Dominic and Anthony and there friendly, courteous and professional service. I think the only unhappiness would come from that of the mosquitoes. We have been very happy with the results of the mosquito control. I must say I was a non-believer until I tried it. We have had Dominic and Anthony come to our house; they were both knowledgeable and professional. Signing up was effortless thanks to Chris and Patty. Thank You and see you next season!

Since we started having Green Sphere take care of our lawn needs, it has never looked better. We went from huge brown patches to a lush healthy lawn. Nick is so great to work with - he always answers my questions about the lawn treatments, safety regarding my dog being on it etc. We also have them do organic mosquito and tick treatments which has definitely made a huge difference. We are extremely happy with the services that they provide!

I have used Green Sphere for over 5 years. They adapt to the changing conditions (heat, lack of rain, etc.) quickly and efficiently. The technician serving my yard, Sean, is thorough, careful and professional. Sean arrives when scheduled and carefully cleans up when leaving.

We are fortunate to have GreenSphere servicing our yard. They always tell us when they're coming and what they're going to do. They do the work unobtrusively and effectively. And there's always communication after a visit to confirm the job was done. They do the work and we are in the know. (This last time was fertilization by Dominic Rafferty).

GreenSphere has completed their fifth season of servicing our property and the third fall of aerating with overseeding is showing its value. Another season wrapping up and another shout out to the wonderful work of the Green Sphere Team in 2025. While it was a summer with not much rain, the Green Sphere team provided great guidance on how to manage the lawn through the drought. The entire Green Sphere team has been very responsive, very attentive and truly have dedicated their efforts to making sure as a customer we have been satisfied. Chris and Green Sphere lawn care service has been great. It's nice to have the same lawn technician each time. Jeremiah is very personable and stops his work to update me. I highly recommend them for lawn care.

Last year I installed a new organically treated lawn. By mid July. I had a "crabgrass Jungle". Working with the Green Sphere team an aeration and overseed was done and my fertilization program was modified for 2024. This year my service tech Nick worked his Magic and I am proud to say I now have the healthiest and greenest lawn in the neighborhood. Thank you Nick and Greensphere!

Dominic Rafferty, and Jeremiah Armas both have been to our property and do a nice job and are efficient with their time.

We have been using Green Sphere for two years, and have always had great service. They went above and beyond, this year, and were able to keep my backyard in their organic program, as I have chickens and dogs who spend a lot of the summer outside, but also did some weed control in the front. This attention to my specific needs is greatly appreciated, especially by the tech we usually have, Evan Christiano. As I do not use sprinklers, I am happy with the way my lawn bounces back from the summer sun/heat. Thanks Chris & everyone!
