True Pest Control

We had new furniture delivered this morning and to our surprise there was a mouse inside one of the couches (probably hibernating inside one of the boxes). We called Ed and he promptly arrived within one hour to take care of the issue. Highly recommended.

Ed is great guy and we used his services for clearing mices from attic and basement… he gives guarantee for 6 months after his initial service

I called late afternoon and Ed was at my house promptly at 8:30am the next morning to take care of a bee situation that was just out of our control. I called True Pest Control yesterday for carpenter ants and they showed up on time today. They checked the whole house and found that I only had carpenter bees. He was very polite and professional and said he wasn't going to charge me for a problem that I didn't have. I can take care of the bees myself. It was very refreshing to business with an honest contractor.

Typical of pregnancy, I was exhausted after a day out shopping and came home for a nap. I found a bee at our window, and called my husband, who promptly shooed it out the window before he went to do some yard work. A little while later, I heard buzzing again and gave up, closing the door behind me. After my husband came in, he went up and found five bees! He hollered for me to get the bug spray, and went to work, and within a few minutes, three more bees showed up. Going outside, we saw lots of bees buzzing around the roof area by that window, and realized we were in over our heads. I panicked. I called several big-name pest control companies, who quoted me about $250-300, and none could come out until Monday or Tuesday (this happened on a Saturday afternoon). Losing hope, I called True Pest Control, and not only did a real human being answer the phone, he said he would be right over. He arrived within 10 minutes. He sprayed and dusted the area inside and out very thoroughly, even going back to his office for additional supplies. After all of this, he only charged us $90! So incredibly impressed with their quick response, excellent customer service, and affordability!

Ed was quick to respond and act. He was here within a few hours and started right away. He was understanding and caring for the tough situation we were in. I will recommend them to any and all of my friends.
