I was a customer for over a year. This company is a joke. They give you a 3 day heads up before they are coming and expect to get into your house mid day like you're not at work. Also I had a new born and was hesitant to have the inside of the house sprayed. I was supposed to get a call from a manager to provide more details of what exactly would be used. Still have not received that call. Although multiple people said they would have a manager call me. I also contracted lyme twice this year,
