B&B is the best! I called for mice/rats and after one visit I noticed a significant decrease in the little critters within days. DJ was so knowledgeable and informed me where every bait station was being placed as I’m very concerned pet owner. He assured me throughout the whole process that my pets would be safe and notified me where everything was. He answered all my questions (there was ALOT) with patience and care. I will definitely be calling them in the future should I need to. 10/10 recommend!! Ask for DJ!

We called B and B Pest Control because we were dealing with both rats and cockroaches, and Dave absolutely exceeded our expectations from start to finish. He was extremely professional, punctual, and clearly very experienced. What stood out most was how knowledgeable and informative he was—he took the time to explain what was going on, walked us through the options, and patiently answered all of my (many) questions without ever making us feel rushed or silly. Dave helped us get set up with a clear plan for rat control as well as treatment options for the cockroaches, and we immediately felt more confident and less stressed about the whole situation. It’s such a relief to know we now have someone we genuinely trust to call if anything comes up in the future. On top of all that, Dave was just a really kind, personable guy—my boyfriend and I genuinely enjoyed talking with him. Big thanks to Dave and everyone at B and B Pest Control. Highly recommend!

We have been using B&B for a few years now to help with our business and rental property. They have managed to turn around an infestation, keep it under control, and even bombed some yellow jackets without even being asked. I was recommended this service and was looking forward to finally getting my newly bought condo rodent free. I spoke to someone on the phone who was very accommodating and we picked a time where I could be home to meet the technician. However, I knew the person would get there before me, so I left my lockbox information with them. The appointment message says they like to give a 30-60 minute heads up before the technician arrives, however I received a call informing me that the technician was on site. By this time, I'm 9 minutes drive away and informed the person that they are supposed to use the lockbox and gave details on where to find it. I get a call a couple minutes later from someone else repeating the technician is on site and can I let him in as soon as possible. By this time, I'm two minutes away from my condo. The technician claims he can't find the lockbox. I explain it again, and then I'm informed that he's left because he has another job to get to. I have attached a picture of the elusive lockbox that was so hard to find.

We called B&B for my elderly mother's home. Anthony came to her home and he had a great personality, was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I definitely recommend B&B.

These folks gave me the best surprise today..I work nights and was going to be coming off a 12 hour shift when they were scheduled to come by. However, the technician came by early and had everything done before I had even left work! Thank you guys!

Incredibly rude and condescending from within two minutes of being on a call with them. If that's the first impression I don't want to see where it goes from there.

My tenants had a mice issue this past winter. I HIGHLY recommend this company for their upfront honesty unlike other Pest Control Companies recommending a subscription service. I was using old bait traps and realized I needed help. They gave tenants important info about eliminating food source, sealing off entry points and setting up bait boxes. The 3 month warranty is up and they will make their next of 3 visits to assess situation. Joe was the technician, was knowledgeable and went beyond expectations.

BnB is the best! Dj was very informative and answered all my questions. He walked through the whole house to thoroughly treat me for mice and reassured me of all my worries. I will definitely be calling BnB and asking for him should I need assistance with pests again!!

Poor front desk! I called for a bat situation and a lady answered the call. She simply gave me a number to call and refused to answer any questions and rushed to hang up on me before I could even ask if B&B Pest Control serves my town ... Is B&B out of business already? Very disappointed.

Would NOT recommend. After two visits that didn't change anything regarding a moderate mouse problem we had, they became completely unresponsive to 20+ calls from people in our building, despite the fact that we were still under warranty (until the 20th call, by which they had run out the warranty clock).

I contacted my landlord’s management company because I have mice in my unit, and they contacted this company. The day the exterminator was supposed to go he didn’t, I called the management company, and they called them again. Supposably the exterminator went to my unit again, but without entering or doing anything they reported to my landlord that they did the job. I called management again and told them, that was a lie because I have cameras and they were not near my unit at any time. I asked management to send someone from their office along with the exterminator, since I was going to be at work, and I wanted them to be able to go inside the unit. Finally on Friday the exterminator and a guy from management went inside the unit at 9:26 am and by 9:30 am they were out. Yes! 5 minutes to inspect and treat 2 floors plus basement unit. They didn’t go to the basement or to the 2nd floor, honestly they didn’t move from my kitchen; the only thing the exterminator did was to move the bait station I bought I placed next to the stove to the corner of the cabinets. I wish I can upload the videos so you can see. I do not recommend this company!!!

Worst customer experience ever! I wouldn’t waste your time with this company! I closed both my accounts. I would of gave no stars but you have to at least hit one to be able to post.

I had a guy out to take care of a mouse problem we have in a 3 family in Lynn just the other day the whole experience was awful I would not recommended this company to do any work and the guy that came asked if he could do the job on the side very unprofessional I would love to talk to the boss just another hack company its a shame
