I spoke to someone on the phone who was very accommodating and we picked a time where I could be home to meet the technician. B&B is the best! I called for mice/rats and after one visit I noticed a significant decrease in the little critters within days. DJ was so knowledgeable and informed me where every bait station was being placed as I’m very concerned pet owner. He assured me throughout the whole process that my pets would be safe and notified me where everything was. He answered all my questions (there was ALOT) with patience and care. I will definitely be calling them in the future should I need to. 10/10 recomm
