TERRIBLE company! Charged $375. For ineffective treatment then kept extending f/u even tho kept telling them problem persisted.said to wait and get another $250 treatment. Refused to connect me to expert (vs phone answerer/appt.scheduler). Asked for owner or expert to discuss situation…how to decide next intervention…not available said!! Called different vendor who answered technical info to allow me informed decision. HORRID COMPANY! Unprofessional! Ineffective with “not a major problem!” But eager to set $250. F/U appt. They should give me a refund and an apology! AVOID THIS COMPANY!
The tech came and made quick walked around,drop a few bait that was it and the nuisance was still there. I had to do my diy to make it better

Thank you to Enos, our service technician from Waltham Pest, whom our landlord sent to our apartment building to inspect my apartment. My neighbors were infested and I was very upset and anxious and have no experience of this nature. Enos was very informative and knowledgeable and calmed me down. He was very efficient and my apartment was clear and he said the company does a follow-up. I was grateful for the visit May 7, 2025. Yesterday, Waltham Pest Control returned (July 22, 2025) and Brian was our technician. Like Enos, he was very professional and well spoken. I was nervous and Brian explained everything. I could never have gotten through this without the fine help of Brian and Enos. I am grateful the landlord has a contract with your company and its fine personnel. Judith Oder

I didn't need to pay someone to leave a bait trap and 1 glue trap to take care of my mice problem, i got 9 traps Im cleaning out 3 times a day and these guys come in and leave 1 bait station and 1 glue trap

Called to get termite inspection after going thur every thing the said don't serve your area.
Despite instructions to the contrary, the tech sprayed neurotoxic chemicals inside our house, negligently leaving puddles of the pesticide all over my house (I wasn’t present to ensure instructions were followed at the time). 24 hours after the service was done, I had to walk around my house and clean up this neurotoxic poison by hand. The product is toxic to humans when wet, and thank god my daughter hadn’t moved here yet, but my dogs were likely exposed as I was. Not only was this company severely negligent, they apparently sprayed a “green” product outside, which did literally nothing to stop bugs from assaulting our house and yard. Do not use this company if you care about your health or the health of your family.

Hello Scott,<br>We' were in communication earlier this year regarding your service we provided to you back in October 2019, almost a year ago. Because you were unhappy we gladly refunded you 2/3 of your money towards your service contract. I'm not sure if you were misinformed about the product that we use for treatments, just know we are mandated by the state to use only EPA registered products that are regulated & governed by the state.
