December UPDATE Within days of application the Woodpeckers were back and damaged chimney.... UPDATE to our experience. Paid in advance. Did not show. Did not call. Rescheduled - wrong specialist showed up. Promised to follow up - none. UPDATE Manager comments on this review to call out. my error saying I paid "cash" in advance. I called the manager. They were brought out by my landlord to deal with a mouse problem. Instead of dealing with the problem correctly they blamed me. They used bait in my home, which if a mouse had eaten and died in my home, and my dog found it, would have killed my dog. I've since engaged better more competent professionals who informed me what I already knew. If the access to the home isnt cut off, you'll never get rid of the mice. And poison bait should NEVER be used in a home with pets or children even if you pu

Braman services the recycling plant that I manage. We’re in a tough environment for pest control but I haven’t seen a rat in years. The technician Corey is the most personable, friendly person. Always has a smile on his face and has the absolute BEST, positive attitude I’ve ever seen. Honestly can’t say enough good things about him and the general service.
