This is a top notch company. Their phone staff as well as the exterminators are responsive and helpful and seem to really care! Every exterminator went out of their way to (try) to eliminate my mouse problem...country living…which they did!

We are customers of American Pest Solutions, and use their pest guard program. Ethan is our tech that comes out periodically to perform the services. Ethan is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and passionate about his work. When we signed up we had a huge problem with all sorts of pests. Once they started coming periodically, the presence of pests significantly decreased to nearly nothing. Well worth the money to have them perform their services.

American Pest Solutions does truly great work. When we moved into our house four years ago, it had been vacant for a year and was infested by mice. After one treatment, the mice were gone from the walls and in retreat from the house. Regular visits by Ethan and Nathan have kept them at bay and have also greatly helped with an ant and wasp problem. Josue's visit yesterday was extraordinarily thorough, both inside and outside the house, and he was ready with good advice. He takes the infestation problem very seriously and thinks carefully about the situation and possible solutions. He is also extremely courteous. I've rarely worked with such an efficient and friendly company.

Great service

Definitely wouldn't recommend to anybody. I've been paying a lot of money to this company for over a year and still have issues with mice. I canceled their service only a month ago and I'm looking for a new company now because the rodents are still an issue at my house and it's getting way worse than it was even before I started with APS.

Only company that charged to visit to quote

Initial visit was fine. They pushed hard for the monthly plan and I signed. The first two times I called they sent someone out pretty quickly to clean and reset traps. The next time I called 3 times and got no response after leaving messages with their answering service and sending emails. I requested to cancel my monthly plan and they dragged their heels to get two more payments from me. Really disappointed and frustrated. There are other more responsive companies out there. Don’t settle for this one.

So far I’m not overwhelmed with the quality of the service. I’m even more unhappy with cancelled and not showing up for appointments. I also know this is a challenging year both weather and employee related. Sonia and I are going to give you all a chance to make this right. Because we are all about understanding the issues faced by many. So time will tell. Edit. After another several calls about insects I ended up calling and cancelling the service. All in all I had more pest than ever all year. Thanks for your efforts. David.

glad I never used them to get rid of the mouse issue I have as they never got rid of the bees that they supposedly cam to get rid of as the bees are back and more then ever......some worker from american pest lives near me but glad I would never ask for his worthless help

Will not service a building you own unless you live there. So if you have rental properties they will not service them.

We are not very happy with your service. We emailed you stating we didn't want exterior service only, asking you not to come, and you still billed the invoice to us. Also, in the invoice, you indicated that you were "unable to treat exterior due to the rain." How can you charge customers without doing any treatment?

I don't think they came back to spray. Our tech wasn't feeling well and had to leave early.
