When I finally called to check in and see when we could schedule a time for someone to come out, I was told that my information was never saved into the database. Moving into our new apartment we were a little blindsided and found to have some pest issues. The first person we had from Waltham told us we had Pennsylvania carpenter ants which in the back of my head knew was most likely a lie but gave him the benefit of the doubt. He said he would come back to inspect but not much was done after (could of been the fault of the apartment management here, who knows). American Pest Solutions does truly great work. When we moved into our house four years ago, it had been vacant for a year and was infested by mice. After one treatment, the mice were gone from the walls and in retreat from the house. Regular visits by Ethan and Nathan have kept them at bay and have also greatly helped with an ant and wasp problem. 5/5 stars!! This whole company has been nothing short of amazing! Today I had an incident in my house and called very upset. A technician was at my house within 5mins. I know this might not be the case all the time but they have always been able to help us very quickly. All the technicians have been very professional and informative. I would highly recommend their yearly plan! It has always been so worth it for us! Great for new home owners especially!! Thank you Waltham Pest Services!!

Braman services the recycling plant that I manage. We’re in a tough environment for pest control but I haven’t seen a rat in years. The technician Corey is the most personable, friendly person. Always has a smile on his face and has the absolute BEST, positive attitude I’ve ever seen. Honestly can’t say enough good things about him and the general service.
