Do not use! They do not secure the bait in bait traps. My apartment complex uses this company and I consistently am finding poison bait bags torn apart around the house. I have a small child which is super dangerous if she is gets a hold of one and touches it or puts it in her mouth. Thank god I dont have any pets or else theyd probably be dead. Unfortunately there is not much I can do since they are employed thru the apartment complex, but if you have pets or small kids I cant warn you enough about the recklessness of their "work".

We really appreciate this company for getting rid of our bed bugs! My mother has communication issues and Joel was very helpful and patient with her and getting rid of the bugs, the other young man was very helpful too but I can't remember his name.

Ballyhoo Solutions LLC has been servicing my Lusby, MD Senior apartment building for approximately 3 years. I would like to recognize them for their great customer service and bug/pest control. Their representatives in the field are friendly, knowledgeable, kind, good listeners and thorough. KUDOS to Ballyhoo Solutions LLC, their management and especially their field technicians!

terrible service, no customer service what so ever, charged me for a service which was not even completed in the first place. lied and said there was a loose dog present in my house (even tho i had left the house with said dog for half the day) who opened the door for them (didn’t realize my dog can open doors now) and because of that they didn’t do the service. when i called customer service they hung up on me 3x and said they weren’t going to argue with me. very unprofessional company. suck at their job too because last time they came, there was still bugs everywhere so their service obviously doesn’t work.

They said they couldn’t spray this morning because there was a pit bull in the apartment. There was no pit bull in the apartment. I’m not sure why they lied, but as a result they refused to treat today as “they had already left the area” and don’t have another available appointment until next Friday.” And apparently, I spoke to the owner and found out the tech who lied WAS a supervisor. I would give 0 stars if I could

Ballyhoo is the contracted pest control service at my job and every interaction with them has always been pleasant. They are professional, fast, and thorough. I would highly recommend these guys!

I guarantee these guys are better than your company. If you're not satisfied with them, you probably just need to be educated on how bugs work. It's a process, but it would be a longer process with someone else.

This is a great company. The technicians are professional, courteous, and passionate about serving their customers. Their staff are quick to respond to needs and always friendly. We've used them for general pest control at our facility and we are very grateful for their work. These guys are the real deal.

I call because I find one, after they came a have more cockroaches.
