I paid for the extra service of arrogation and seeding and hoping to see results next year. I would recommended this company to my family and friends. The staff are very informative to the client explaining what the are going to do and helpful hints to make your lawn better. I don't have picture to post at this time. I’ve used Pro-Grass for the last 4 years and it’s completely transformed my lawn from a clover/weed filled patchy mess, to a plush lush envy of my neighbors. I only have positive things to say about their service and attention to detail. If your lawn needs a boost, don’t hesitate to call! They also can spray for mosquitoes!

We were late to the game this spring, but wow! Since pictures speak louder than words, I've added some comparison photos for you. I have been using Pro Grass for several years now, and they’ve been excellent with their routine maintenance of my lawn. Jesse and others on the team are very knowledgeable in lawn care needs and they diligently ensure that our dog’s gates are properly closed during their visits. prograss is an excellent company. our lawn looks fantastic since we started using prograss. our trees look great and the treatment we use for mosquitoes works so well, allowing us to sit outside and enjoy our property. the people who provide services the very friendly, professional, and efficient. a big shout out to barry, the tree expert. i highly recommend this company.

We have used ProGrass for the past several years. Our lawn looks beautiful, lush and green. Many folks compliment “our” efforts with how “weed-free” and uniform our grass always looks. We highly recommend ProGrass for those looking to keep and beautify their lawn year round. They are dependable, responsive and keep us well-informed when/if any issues arise. ProGrass is awesome, customer service, the techs, and the management. A company that will remain nameless killed my entire lawn which was one of the best in the neighborhood. I had to have it dug out and new topsoil and seeded. ProGrass was on it from the start of March I went from dirt and dead grass to a beautiful green front yard something to be proud of. They even got my backyard which I did not dig out to come back lush and green. I did the aeration and seeding in the fall, they did a fantastic job. Cannot say enough how good they are, highly recommend.

I’ve hired, and used Pro Grass for the past three years for my lawn care. I asked one thing of them, “please call me the day prior to you coming”. This allows me time to pickup after my dog so they don’t walk through it (courtesy) and to pick up anything laying in the yard (hose, sticks, limbs, etc), or in this case the leaves blown around from the 25mph winds yesterday. Q: how much of this fertilizer I paid to have sprayed on my lawn was wasted because someone from ProGrass could not do as I asked and call me… Maybe another company can follow directions.

This company is not transparent about the results that you can expect. They failed to inform me at the beginning that my lawn has been taken over by Bermuda grass (rather than crab grass) which cannot be treated by the chemicals they use. I paid for a year so I just sucked it up. They continued after the 1 year mark and sprayed when it was pouring rain outside. Now they are seeking to collect a $60 invoice and they are relentless - calling at all hours from all different phone numbers. Avoid this company.

Despite of year long service lawn full of weed.

Very, very poor lawn service and customer service. Instead of providing good service they reported the outstanding invoice to a National Credit Agency. They are cheating customers! I would never recommend this company for any Lawn Care Service.

I have signed up for one year. Without my prior approval they claimed that they have treated my lawn and sent it to collections. When i called them they said they are going to inform the collections to drop the charges, but they did not inform them to drop the charges. They are automatically renewing with out our consent to continue the service. This is cheating the customers who dont notice their mails considering that as a promotional mail.

Friendly staff, good service rendered, but shady practices. I signed up for the 4x a year service but received 6x a year service and was therefore my credit card was auto-billed $100's more than I was expecting. My fault for trusting them to render the service I signed up for and waiting over a year to validate the cost of work done. ProGrass claimed I signed up for the 6x service from day one, but they don't have customers fill out or sign any paperwork confirming the service they want. And I keep a meticulous log with service requests and expenses. Our records simply disagreed. I asked for a refund on the two extra lawn treatments and they refused to refund. I asked that they then unequivocally stop all service moving forward, which they confirmed in writing (email). Next thing I know I get both a letter and an email from ProGrass saying that "Pro Grass Automatic Service Renewal Reminder". Yes, they we're going to automatically bill my credit card AGAIN for services that I outright refused! And this time I had an actual email chain to back it up!

Very poor customer service and poor results with lawn treatments.

Sent a request on line for a quote and left email and phone number, and nothing! Yes, nothing!

Terrible customer service! Blew leaves all over neighbor's property and public sidewalk. Never notified us they were coming. Big mess! Would not clean up the mess they made.

Very, very poor lawn service and customer service. They were responsible for extensive lawn repair as a result of allowing crabgrass to invade my lawn. Their solution was to kill the crabgrass and leave the lawn at the homeowner's expense with serious lawn repair issues. The large parts of the front lawn that were killed had to be replaced with new sod (in July) by another landscaper. ProGrass was asked to pay the repair bills and/ or credit our account for the treatments that were paid for crabgrass protection. They refused (all) opportunities to credit our account. We were long time customers and instead of providing us some relief clearly caused by their error, they instead reported the outstanding invoice to a National Credit Agency. This is their idea of outstanding customer relations.....They just don't get it! I would never recommend this company for any Lawn Care Service and either should you...I immediately contacted a National Provider of this service in our area and have been very satisfied. They have a very responsive customer service representative and a lawn and shrub technicians that put the Customer First! Our lawn is monitored monthly in very excellent detail.
