This is a very good company that is honest and does great work. Dave is an excellent exterminator and follows through very well.

I recently received text messages for a balance due from 2021. Can you imagine? And I was told that my account will be sent to collections. When this additional service was rendered without my authorization. I had only paid and authorized one service, not multiple. I then spoke to their representative 2 years ago and she told me, all is taken care of don't worry about the charge for the last service. It seems like they have a glitch in their system or an administrative issue and they are not trying to tag me with their bills. I will change my review it this issue gets resolved.

ReCon is an awesome company. They are local and extremely responsive. They do a great job! Employees are always friendly and reliable.

I had intended to have quarterly service. The guy left bait traps exposed where my dog was able to get to it. I fortunately found her soon after consumption and was able to to induce vomiting. I rushed her to the vet for care. The guy did provide a check for the cost of his mistake and apologized and I was willing to give him another chance. There was never a conversation that the quarterly service I agreed on would not be continued, but when it came time he didn't show. I reached out and never heard back. Very disappointed.

These guys are great. Helpful, and really work to get in you as soon as possible.
