Mike was great - knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and easy to talk to! He handled our mice problem the same day as the inspection. I scheduled an appointment four days in advance. The day of the appointment I received a call 1.5 hours before my appointment asking if they could stop by early. I was not home and told them when I would be home. They told me the person had moved on to other clients. I never received my inspection.

They were helpful and scheduled for someone to come for a bee removal. The person that came was also helpful, but they told me they don't do indoor bee infestation. I'm sure they are a great company but be sure that if you have an indoor bee infestation problem, call a specialized service.

About 4 years ago we had some ants and insect activity so contacted Montgomery Pest to give us advice. Mike showed up a few days later on time, was super friendly, passed along a few tips, and then told us he would recommend to hold off on getting any service because it wouldn't be the most effective at that time. He didn't even charge us for this visit, but he explained their pricing if the problem reoccurred or we wanted an immediate spray. As he predicted, our trouble did quickly go away on its own! Well this spring when we had a few ants showing up in the house, guess who was on our speed dial? Mike showed up 2 days later right on time, gave us more tips and feedback, and then did an indoor/ outdoor spray service for us with a 90-day warranty. Took credit card over the phone after the service. Mike was excellent, friendly, and a great knowledge resource - definitely support this honest local business.
