Poor customer service. not responsive

Called and scheduled service to roaches. Prepared to get treatments and after the first week, no one ever came back. Check was cashed and office manager and owner never return my calls or email. I thought they had gone out of business because there has been 0 communication.

There responsive when you get someone but I have a hard time reaching someone on the phone

High turnover rate due to owner. Also employees checks would sometimes not clear and found some have to wait for owner to get the money

they did okay work for bedbugs, but also cancelled two weeks in a row, and only showed up once a week

We recently called on Scientific to address rodent problems at our church. The technician came out as soon as possible and was as extraordinarily thorough as he was professional. They provided proper expectations and solved the problem.

We have used several pest control services over the past eight years, but only Scientific Insect Control has provided the most professional, knowledgeable and timely service. Their technicians are kind and considerate as well. They have given us phenomenal service for the past two years and we highly recommend them.
