I left a negative review for Terminix a year ago regarding unresolved service issues, hoping someone from management or corporate would follow up. Unfortunately, no one ever did. For a long time I’ve been requesting that several damaged termite traps around my home be replaced. I’ve asked their technician multiple times to relay the issue during service visits, yet no one has ever come out to address it. It would be a good idea when making appointments with a client to emphasize that there will be a window for appearance not an exact time. It's easy to confirm a 9 am time but if the actual time may extend into two hours, the client should be apprised prior to the actual visit. It will save on any misunderstanding Better still, put it in writing. Otherwise, I've been given great service bu this company

Curtis is absolutely the best. He came out when expected and communicated before arriving. During the treatment he was professional and respectful of me and my property. He fully explained what he was doing and told me how to troubleshoot in the future. Very personable and dedicated to his job.
